Our Return & Exchange Policy
At HighDef Hognose, we offer a straightforward refund or exchange policy to build trust and reassure our customers that they can buy with confidence.
If an animal arrives dead and you provide proof with a recording of the box being opened, you will either be sent a replacement animal or refund.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reptiles that have been mistreated or neglected.
